If you’d like to return an item, please submit a return request within 14 days of receiving your order.

How to return your item

1. Submit your request. Provide your order number, email address, product being returned, reason for return, whether the item is unused/unworn, and any optional comments.
2. Receive your return instructions. Once our Royal Mail Returns Portal is available, customers will receive the appropriate return instructions through the portal after submitting their return request. Until then, please contact us by email and we’ll guide you through the next steps.
3. Pack your item carefully. Please return items unused, unwashed and in their original condition, with tags and original packaging where possible. Send your return within 14 days of notifying us, following the instructions provided.
4. Keep your proof of postage. Retain your receipt and tracking details until your return has been processed.
5. Receive your refund. Refunds are issued to your original payment method in line with our return and refund policy.

Royal Mail return options

Once our Royal Mail Returns Portal is activated, the available options will be shown when you submit your request:

• QR code / no printer: Receive a QR code and take your parcel to the Royal Mail or Post Office location specified in your return instructions.
• Print at home: Download and print your return label, attach it to the parcel and drop it off as instructed.

If home collection is available, the portal will explain how to arrange it.
